Dac\u0103 e\u0219ti \u00een acest punct, cel mai bun lucru pe care \u00eel po\u021bi face este s\u0103 ac\u021bionezi. Nu \u0219tii de unde s\u0103 \u00eencepi? Ei bine analiza pie\u021bei, analiza concuren\u021bei \u0219i prospectarea poten\u021bialilor clien\u021bi cu siguran\u021b\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un start corect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etapa 1 \u2013 Faza de lansare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen aceast\u0103 etap\u0103, cei care au decis s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 o afacere \u00ee\u0219i contureaz\u0103 \u00een mod activ pia\u021ba \u0219i oferta. Un progres at\u00e2t de rapid trebuie s\u0103 te prind\u0103 preg\u0103tit \u0219i deschis c\u0103tre noi solu\u021bii, strategii sau tehnologii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etapa 4 \u2013 Faza de declin sau revitalizare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen aceast\u0103 etap\u0103, antreprenorii fie \u0219i-au dat seama ce nu mai func\u021biona \u00een faza 3, au rezolvat \u0219i au evoluat, fie se \u00eendreapt\u0103 spre declin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, cum difer\u0103 businessul ideal de businessul real? \u00cen etapele 0, 1 \u0219i 2 antreprenorii lucreaz\u0103 mai mult \u00eentr-o lume a propriei lor imagina\u021bii \u2013 constr\u00e2ngerile realit\u0103\u021bii fie sunt reduse, fie nu sunt presante. De exemplu, mul\u021bi antreprenori din faza 1 se descurc\u0103 foarte bine \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 contabil sau sisteme complexe de CRM, deoarece fluxurile monetare sunt mici, iar activit\u0103\u021bile simple. \u00cen faza 3, \u00eens\u0103, \u00eencas\u0103rile, pl\u0103\u021bile, furnizorii, contractele \u00eencheiate, clien\u021bii necesit\u0103 multe opera\u021biuni \u0219i resurse pentru a fi organizate. \u00cen faza 4, pentru a-\u0219i asigura drumul ascendent, antrepenorul trebuie s\u0103 fie vigilent, s\u0103 analizeze constant clien\u021bii, comportamentul lor, pia\u021ba \u0219i nevoile ei.
