Majorarea salariului minim implic\u0103 modificarea contractului individual de munc\u0103 pentru salaria\u021bii remunera\u021bi la nivelul salariului minim. Prin urmare, angajatorul \u00eentocme\u0219te un act aditional la contractul individual de munc\u0103 pentru fiecare salariat vizat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f<strong>Nu se emit decizii colective<\/strong> de majorare \u2014 fiecare contract trebuie gestionat individual (informare \u0219i act aditional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0fVerific\u0103 \u0219i dac\u0103 ai salaria\u021bi men\u021binu\u021bi la nivelul salariului minim pentru o perioad\u0103 de peste <strong>24 de luni<\/strong>. Pentru ace\u0219tia, salariul de baz\u0103 brut trebuie stabilit la un nivel superior salariului minim, tot ca urmare a negocierii individuale.<br>\u00cen acest caz, g\u0103se\u0219ti pe blog modelul de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/blog\/model-informare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">informare<\/a> \u0219i modelul de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/blog\/model-act-aditional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">act aditional<\/a> dedicate acestei situa\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Care sunt pa\u0219ii de urmat?<br>\u2022<strong>1<\/strong> \u2014 Transmite salariatului informarea privind propunerea de modificare a contractului individual de munc\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 30 iunie 2026 inclusiv;<br>\u2022<strong>2<\/strong> \u2014 Dup\u0103 ce ai acordul salariatului, \u00eentocme\u0219te actul adi\u021bional \u0219i transmite acestuia un exemplar, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 30 iunie 2026 inclusiv;<br>\u2022<strong>3<\/strong> \u2014 Transmite modificarea salariului \u00een REGES-Online \u00een termen de 20 de zile lucr\u0103toare de la 1 iulie 2026, respectiv p\u00e2n\u0103 la 28 iulie 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/integrare-reges-online\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">FGO<\/a> <strong>po\u021bi genera<\/strong> documentele necesare pentru salariat \u2014 informarea \u0219i actul adi\u021bional \u2014 <strong>po\u021bi opera<\/strong> majorarea de salariu \u0219i <strong>transmite<\/strong> modific\u0103rile direct \u00een REGES-Online, totul \u00eentr-un singur loc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/v4\/inregistrare\">\u00cencearc\u0103 gratuit FGO<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Salariatul nu este de acord cu majorarea salariului de baz\u0103 brut la nivelul noului salariu minim sau nu r\u0103spunde \u00een termen, vezi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/blog\/decizie-de-constatare-a-majorarii-salariului\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">aici <\/a>cum po\u021bi gestiona situa\u021bia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai jos g\u0103se\u0219ti modelul de act aditional pentru majorarea salariului de baz\u0103 brut de la 1 iulie 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Model act aditional<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Angajator \u2026&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026<br>Sediul &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026&#8230;&#8230;.\u2026<br>CIF \u2026\u2026&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..\u2026&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.\u2026\u2026<br>Nr Reg Comert \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026<br>Tel. \u2026\u2026\u2026&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>ACT ADITIONAL NR. \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 din data de \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026<\/strong><br>la contractul individual de munc\u01ce \u00eenregistrat \u00een registrul general de eviden\u021b\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor cu nr. \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 din data de \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0103r\u021bile contractului<br>1.1. Angajator &#8211; persoana juridic\u0103 \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 cu sediul social \u00een \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026, \u00eenregistrat\u0103 la registrul comer\u021bului\/autorit\u0103\u021bile administra\u021biei publice din jud. \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 cu nr. \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 , cod fiscal \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026, telefon \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026, e-mail \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026, reprezentat\u0103 legal prin domnul\/doamna \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 \u00een calitate de \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026,<br>\u0219i<br>1.2. Salariatul\/salariata \u2014 domnul\/doamna \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026, CNP \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av\u00e2nd \u020bn vedere urm\u01cetoarele:<br>a)HG 146\/2026 pentru stabilirea salariului de baz\u01ce minim brut pe \u0163ar\u01ce garantat \u020bn plat\u01ce, publicat\u01ce \u020bn data de 13 martie 2026 \u00een Monitorul Oficial, Partea I, nr.196,<br>b)Informarea salariatului, comunicat\u01ce acestuia \u020bn data de \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026, potrivit c\u01cereia angajatorul propune modificarea contractului individual de munc\u01ce,<br>c)Acordul salariatului, comunicat angajatorului la data de \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026, cu privire la propunerea angajatorului de modificare a contractului individual de munc\u01ce,<br>\u00cen temeiul art. 17 alin. (5), coroborat cu art. 41 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 53 \/ 2003, completat\u0103 prin Legea 40\/2011, P\u0102R\u021aILE HOT\u0102R\u0102SC de comun acord:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Art.1. De la data de 01 iulie 2026 se modific\u01ce art\u2026\u2026. al capitolului \u2026\u2026\u2026 din contractul individual de munc\u01ce \u0219i va avea urm\u01cetorul con\u0163inut:<br>\u201cArt. \u2026\u2026 Salariul de baz\u0103 lunar brut: \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 lei.\u201d<br>Art.2.
