Am ajuns rapid la sute de solicit\u0103ri zilnice \u2014 \u00eentre 200 \u0219i 600 de mesaje, venite din mai multe canale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru noi, provocarea nu era doar volumul, ci <strong>nevoia de a r\u0103spunde rapid \u0219i corect, de fiecare dat\u0103<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Provocarea<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cre\u0219terea accelerat\u0103 a adus cu ea c\u00e2teva realit\u0103\u021bi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un volum mare de solicit\u0103ri zilnice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00eentreb\u0103ri frecvente, dar \u0219i cazuri complexe&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nevoia de r\u0103spunsuri rapide, inclusiv \u00een afara orelor de lucru&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne-am dorit s\u0103 men\u021binem acela\u0219i nivel de calitate a suportului, f\u0103r\u0103 compromisuri, chiar \u0219i \u00een perioadele aglomerate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abordarea noastr\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Am v\u0103zut \u00een inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 o oportunitate de a duce suportul clien\u021bilor la urm\u0103torul nivel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, am construit un asistent inteligent&nbsp; bazat pe generative AI folosind serviciile AWS.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scopul a fost simplu: s\u0103 oferim r\u0103spunsuri rapide \u0219i relevante, la scar\u0103, folosind propria noastr\u0103 baz\u0103 de cuno\u0219tin\u021be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Solu\u021bia<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Asistentul AI construit de echipa noastr\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>r\u0103spunde automat la \u00eentreb\u0103rile frecvente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>folose\u0219te o baz\u0103 intern\u0103 de cuno\u0219tin\u021be actualizat\u0103 constant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ofer\u0103 suport inclusiv \u00een afara programului de lucru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>direc\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103tre echipa noastr\u0103 cazurile care necesit\u0103 interven\u021bie uman\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementarea a fost rapid\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4\u20135 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni pentru testare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aproximativ 1 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 pentru lansarea \u00een produc\u021bie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tehnologia din spate<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Solu\u021bia este construit\u0103 pe infrastructura AWS, folosind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Amazon Bedrock<\/strong> pentru (modele de AI generativ<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AWS Lambda<\/strong> pentru procesare serverless<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amazon OpenSearch<\/strong> Service pentru c\u0103utare semantic\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rezultatele<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 implementare, impactul a fost imediat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sute de solicit\u0103ri sunt gestionate automat zilnic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>peste 300 de \u00eentreb\u0103ri sunt rezolvate s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal \u00een afara orelor de lucru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>timpii de r\u0103spuns s-au redus semnificativ<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>echipa de suport se poate concentra pe cazuri complexe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>suportul este disponibil 24\/7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dincolo de suport: AI \u00een interac\u021biunea cu datele afacerii<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest proiect nu este singular \u00een direc\u021bia noastr\u0103 de dezvoltare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen FGO, folosim inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 nu doar pentru suport, ci \u0219i pentru a simplifica modul \u00een care antreprenorii interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu datele afacerii lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la r\u0103spunsuri automate, p\u00e2n\u0103 la acces rapid la informa\u021bii \u0219i analize, AI devine un mod natural de a lucra cu datele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scopul este acela\u0219i: mai pu\u021bin timp petrecut c\u0103ut\u00e2nd informa\u021bii, mai mult\u0103 claritate \u00een deciziile de business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Studiul AWS complet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul nostru este prezentat \u00eentr-un studiu de caz publicat de AWS pe care \u00eel po\u021bi accesa aici: \ud83d\udc49<a href=\"https:\/\/aws.amazon.com\/solutions\/case-studies\/i-tom-solutions-case-study\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> AWS Case Study<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce platforma FGO a crescut, acela\u0219i lucru s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat \u0219i cu volumul interac\u021biunilor cu clien\u021bii.
