{"id":1634,"date":"2025-12-30T12:29:25","date_gmt":"2025-12-30T10:29:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/blog\/?p=1634"},"modified":"2025-12-30T13:03:30","modified_gmt":"2025-12-30T11:03:30","slug":"bi-17-2025-programarea-concediilor-de-odihna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/blog\/bi-17-2025-programarea-concediilor-de-odihna\/","title":{"rendered":"BI 17\/2025: Programarea concediilor de odihn\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-post-date\"><time datetime=\"2025-12-30T12:29:25+02:00\">30\/12\/2025<\/time><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-post-author\"><div class=\"wp-block-post-author__avatar\"><img alt='' src='https:\/\/secure.gravatar.com\/avatar\/e82f2c3a815d502be7669919e815af0cc255f7281fbe5c149293517033fee54c?s=48&#038;d=mm&#038;r=g' srcset='https:\/\/secure.gravatar.com\/avatar\/e82f2c3a815d502be7669919e815af0cc255f7281fbe5c149293517033fee54c?s=96&#038;d=mm&#038;r=g 2x' class='avatar avatar-48 photo' height='48' width='48' \/><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-post-author__content\"><p class=\"wp-block-post-author__byline\">Expert Fiscal \u0219i Expert Legisla\u0163ia Muncii, acreditat UNELM<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-post-author__name\">Ana Florina Carp<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cine, c\u00e2nd \u0219i cum se stabilesc perioadele de concediu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f<strong>Ce reprezint\u0103 programarea concediului de odihn\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programarea concediului de odihn\u0103 reprezint\u0103 stabilirea, \u00een avans, a perioadelor \u00een care salaria\u021bii vor efectua concediul de odihn\u0103 \u00een anul urm\u0103tor.<br>Aceasta are ca scop at\u00e2t refacerea capacit\u0103\u021bii de munc\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor, c\u00e2t \u0219i asigurarea continuit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i bunei desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103ri a activit\u0103\u021bii angajatorului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f<strong>C\u00e2nd se face programarea concediilor de odihn\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programarea concediilor de odihn\u0103 se realizeaz\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului calendaristic, respectiv p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 31 decembrie a fiec\u0103rui an, pentru anul urm\u0103tor.<br>Astfel, pentru anul 2026, programarea concediilor de odihn\u0103 trebuie efectuat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 31 decembrie 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f<strong>Cine face programarea \u0219i care sunt tipurile de programare?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programarea concediului de odihn\u0103 se stabile\u0219te de c\u0103tre angajator \u0219i poate fi:<br><strong>\u2192programare colectiv\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 realizat\u0103 cu consultarea sindicatului sau, dup\u0103 caz, a reprezentan\u021bilor salaria\u021bilor;<br><strong>\u2192programare individual\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 realizat\u0103 cu consultarea fiec\u0103rui salariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f<strong>Cum se face programarea concediilor de odihn\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.Programarea colectiv\u0103<\/strong><br>Programarea colectiv\u0103 a concediilor de odihn\u0103 reprezint\u0103 stabilirea, de c\u0103tre angajator, a unor perioade de efectuare a concediului pentru categorii de salaria\u021bi sau pentru anumite locuri de munc\u0103, cu <strong>consultarea sindicatului sau<\/strong>, dup\u0103 caz, <strong>a reprezentan\u021bilor salaria\u021bilor<\/strong>. Aceasta are un caracter general \u0219i stabile\u0219te un cadru temporal \u00een care concediile pot fi efectuate.<br>\u00cen cazul program\u0103rii colective, <strong>angajatorul poate stabili perioade de concediu care nu pot fi mai mici de 3 luni<\/strong>, pe categorii de personal sau pe locuri de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7545ea2ab779c7157e6da99fe6b31193\"><strong>Exemplu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00cen cazul unui angajator din domeniul produc\u021biei, se poate stabili ca personalul din sec\u021bia de produc\u021bie s\u0103 efectueze concediul de odihn\u0103 \u00een perioada iunie\u2013august, iar personalul administrativ \u00een perioada iulie\u2013septembrie.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.Programarea individual\u0103<\/strong><br>Programarea individual\u0103 a concediilor de odihn\u0103 se realizeaz\u0103 cu <strong>consultarea fiec\u0103rui salariat<\/strong> \u00een parte \u0219i are rolul de a stabili data exact\u0103 sau perioada \u00een care salariatul are dreptul s\u0103 efectueze concediul de odihn\u0103. \u00cen cazul program\u0103rii individuale, salariatul este consultat, f\u0103r\u0103 a fi necesar acordul acestuia, programarea fiind stabilit\u0103 de angajator.<br>Prin programarea individual\u0103 se poate stabili:<br><strong>\u2192data exact\u0103<\/strong> a efectu\u0103rii concediului de odihn\u0103;<br>sau<br><strong>\u2192o perioad\u0103<\/strong> \u00een care salariatul are dreptul s\u0103 efectueze concediul, perioad\u0103 care nu poate dep\u0103\u0219i 3 luni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00e2t \u00een cazul program\u0103rii colective, c\u00e2t \u0219i al celei individuale, salariatul poate solicita efectuarea concediului de odihn\u0103 cu <strong>cel pu\u021bin 60 de zile \u00eenainte<\/strong> de data la care dore\u0219te s\u0103 \u00eel efectueze.<br>Dac\u0103 programarea concediilor de odihn\u0103 se face frac\u021bionat, angajatorul are obliga\u021bia de a stabili programarea astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t fiecare salariat s\u0103 efectueze, \u00eentr-un an calendaristic, <strong>cel pu\u021bin 10 zile lucr\u0103toare de concediu ne\u00eentrerupt<\/strong>.<br>Angajatorul aprob\u0103 concediile de odihn\u0103 pe baza program\u0103rii efectuate p\u00e2n\u0103 la 31 decembrie a anului anterior, cu respectarea program\u0103rii stabilite \u0219i a solicit\u0103rilor formulate de salaria\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\u00cen platforma FGO este disponibil <strong>modelul program\u0103rii individuale a concediului de odihn\u0103<\/strong>, la sec\u021biunea <em>Angaja\u021bi &#8211; Modele FGO \u2013 Eviden\u021b\u0103 \u0219i timp de munc\u0103<\/em> sau <em>Angaja\u021bi &#8211; Modele FGO<\/em> <em>&#8211; Altele<\/em> \u0219i poate fi generat automat de angajator pentru fiecare salariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e9ec8b9261afdc92f87d97d67b9a0bdd\">Not\u0103: Informa\u021biile prezentate \u00een acest articol au caracter general \u0219i exclusiv informativ.
