Cum schimbi modul de g\u00e2ndire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mul\u021bi antreprenori trateaz\u0103 freelancerii ca pe angaja\u021bi \u201ecu alt statut\u201d.<br>Dar un freelancer nu lucreaz\u0103 <em>pentru<\/em> tine, ci <strong>\u00eempreun\u0103 cu tine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce func\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ofer\u0103 <strong>libertate + claritate<\/strong>, nu libertate total\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 direc\u021bie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comunic\u0103 constant \u2014 feedbackul \u00eent\u00e2rziat demotiveaz\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>define\u0219te clar limitele responsabilit\u0103\u021bii fiec\u0103ruia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O rela\u021bie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 cu freelanceri seam\u0103n\u0103 mai mult cu un <strong>parteneriat bazat pe \u00eencredere<\/strong> dec\u00e2t cu o ierarhie rigid\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Haosul administrativ \u2013 cum \u00eel evi\u021bi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 organizare, stresul principal r\u0103m\u00e2ne <strong>gestionarea documentelor<\/strong>: contracte, facturi, pl\u0103\u021bi, termene.<br>C\u00e2nd echipa ta e \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 \u00eentre colaboratori \u0219i angaja\u021bi, documentele tind s\u0103 se adune mai repede dec\u00e2t proiectele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Solu\u021bia: digitalizare opera\u021bional\u0103, nu doar contabil\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu <strong>FGO<\/strong>, po\u021bi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>urm\u0103ri automat facturile primite \u0219i emise;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>integra <strong>BT Go, Salt Bank<\/strong> sau conturile tale bancare pentru a fi la curent permanent cu cash flow-ul<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>factura pe baza timpului lucrat;
