Registrul general de eviden\u021b\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor va fi gestionat exclusiv prin intermediul platformei REGES-Online.<br><strong>\u00cencep\u00e2nd cu data de 1 ianuarie 2026, to\u021bi angajatorii<\/strong> din Rom\u00e2nia, inclusiv cei din mediul privat, vor fi obliga\u021bi s\u0103 <strong>utilizeze exclusiv platforma REGES-Online<\/strong> pentru gestionarea registrului general de eviden\u021b\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>P\u00e2n\u0103 la 31 decembrie 2025 angajatorii au dou\u0103 obliga\u021bii principale:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-459145f49a29e35fa9d13175e6b93ef8\">1\ufe0f\u20e3<strong>\u00cenregistrarea \u00een REGES-Online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To\u021bi angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 se \u00eenregistreze \u00een noua aplica\u021bie REGES-Online p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 31 decembrie 2025<\/strong>.<br><strong>Cine are obliga\u021bia?<\/strong><br>\u2022Entit\u0103\u021bile care au salaria\u021bi activi \u00een prezent.<br>\u2022Entit\u0103\u021bile care au avut salaria\u021bi \u00een trecut, dar \u00een prezent nu mai au.<br>\u2022Toate entit\u0103\u021bile care de\u021bin cont pe vechiul REGES (user + parol\u0103).<br>\u274cNu intr\u0103 \u00een calcul entit\u0103\u021bile radiate.<br>\u26a0\ufe0fCe risc\u0103m <strong>dac\u0103 nu ne \u00eenregistr\u0103m p\u00e2n\u0103 la 31 decembrie 2025<\/strong>?<br><strong>Contraven\u021bie \u2192 amend\u0103<\/strong> de la 15.000 lei la 20.000 lei<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru crearea contului REGES-Online urmeaz\u0103 pa\u0219ii din link-urile de mai jos, \u00een func\u021bie de modalitatea de creare a contului:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.De c\u0103tre reprezentantul legal al angajatorului<\/strong><br>\ud83d\udc49 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/blog\/ghid-pentru-crearea-contului-reges-online-de-catre-angajatorii-din-mediul-privat-prin-reprezentantul-legal-cu-semnatura-digitala-inregistrata-la-anaf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ghid pentru crearea contului REGES-Online prin reprezentant legal<\/a><br><strong>2.Prin intermediul unui prestator<\/strong> (ex. firm\u0103 de contabilitate, consultant \u00een resurse umane)<br>\ud83d\udc49 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/blog\/ghid-pentru-crearea-contului-reges-online-al-angajatorilor-din-mediul-privat-prin-prestator-de-servicii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ghid pentru crearea contului REGES-Online prin prestator<\/a><br><strong>3.Prin \u00eemputernicit, altul dec\u00e2t prestatorul<\/strong> (ex. salariat al angajatorului, consultant extern, colaborator)<br>\ud83d\udc49 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/blog\/ghid-pentru-crearea-contului-reges-online-al-angajatorilor-din-mediul-privat-prin-imputernicit-altul-decat-prestatorul-de-servicii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ghid pentru crearea contului REGES-Online prin \u00eemputernicit, altul dec\u00e2t prestatorul<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-868653c94e4be028f3b9890385cf215f\">2\ufe0f\u20e3<strong>Obliga\u021bia de actualizare a contractelor individuale de munc\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00e2n\u0103 la 31 decembrie 2025, angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 actualizeze toate contractele de munc\u0103 active la data migr\u0103rii \u00een REGES-Online<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udc49 Ce se completeaz\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elemente care lipseau din vechiul Revisal<\/strong> \u0219i care trebuie ad\u0103ugate \u00een REGES-Online, precum:<br>-Repartizarea timpului de munc\u0103: zilnic (uniform), inegal, schimburi\/ture, flexibil, individualizat;<br>-Tipul intervalului de repartizare: num\u0103r de ore\/zi, num\u0103r de ore\/s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, num\u0103r de ore\/lun\u0103;<br>-Men\u021biuni privind organizarea muncii: ore de zi, ore de noapte, ore \u00een perioada de repaus;<br>-Num\u0103r de ore;<br>-Nivelul de studii;<br>-Locul de munc\u0103 (fix sau mobil);<br>-Localitatea \u0219i jude\u021bul locului de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udc49 Cum se face actualizarea contractelor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Individual, pentru fiecare contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meniu \u2192 Contracte \u2192 Modificare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selectezi contractul \u2192 completezi datele lips\u0103 \u2192 \u00cenainte \u2192 verifici \u2192 Transmite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Pentru mai multe contracte deodat\u0103, prin importarea datelor cu ajutorul unui fi\u0219ier Excel (\u0219ablon REGES-Online)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Descarci \u0219ablonul din Meniu \u2192 Contracte \u2192 Modificare \u2192 c\u0103su\u021ba de dialog, situat\u0103 \u00een partea de jos a ferestrei, din st\u00e2nga butonului \u201c\u00cenainte\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completezi datele lips\u0103 \u00een fi\u0219ierul Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cencarci fi\u0219ierul \u00een Registru, \u00een acelasi loc de unde l-ai descarcat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dup\u0103 import, \u00een c\u0103su\u021ba de dialog se afi\u0219eaz\u0103 toate CNP-urile pentru care ai importat date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>Este obligatoriu ca fiecare CNP (contract) s\u0103 fie verificat \u0219i transmis \u00een REGES-Online.<\/strong><br>\u2757 <strong>Dac\u0103 nu faci asta, datele se pierd a doua zi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Aten\u021bie la salaria\u021bii cu 2 contracte active!<\/strong><br>Fi\u0219ierul Excel are c\u00e2te o linie pentru fiecare CNP, nu pentru fiecare contract.<br>\u2192 Datele \u00eenc\u0103rcate se vor duce \u00een ambele contracte active ale salariatului.<br>\u2192 Dac\u0103 nu transmi\u021bi actualizarea pentru al doilea contract \u00een aceea\u0219i zi, datele se pierd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc<strong><em>Data efectiv\u0103 a modific\u0103rii = data la care transmi\u021bi informa\u021biile \u00een REGES-Online<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f Neactualizarea contractelor individuale de munc\u0103 constituie contraven\u021bie \u2192 amend\u0103 de la 5.000 lei la 10.000 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>Dup\u0103 migrarea \u00een REGES-Online: ce ai de facut?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A. Deblocheaz\u0103 Registrul<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verific\u0103 dac\u0103 \u00een dreptul denumirii entit\u0103\u021bii tale apare un \ud83d\udd12.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dac\u0103 da \u2192 apas\u0103 pe lac\u0103t \u2192 apas\u0103 butonul albastru \u201cActualizeaz\u0103 Angajator\u201d \u2192 actualizeaz\u0103 denumirea \u2192 Transmite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dac\u0103 nu faci acest pas, vei primi mesajul:<br>\u201eRegistrul este \u00een modul vizualizare. Este necesar\u0103 deblocarea pentru a edita registrul\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B. Delegarea persoanelor autorizate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform art. 5 si 7 din Ordinul 1107\/2025, completarea \u0219i transmiterea datelor \u00een Registru se poate face de c\u0103tre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unul sau mai mul\u021bi salaria\u021bi ai angajatorului \u2192 desemna\u021bi prin decizie scris\u0103.<br>sau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un prestator de servicii \u2192 \u00een baza unui contract de prest\u0103ri servicii.<br>Prestatorul poate desemna la r\u00e2ndul lui salaria\u021bi proprii pentru a opera \u00een Registru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C. Suspend\u0103rile pentru concedii medicale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dac\u0103 ai concedii medicale \u00een derulare la momentul migr\u0103rii \u2192 \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 \u00een Registru suspendarea contractelor individuale de munc\u0103 pe baza certificatelor medicale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dup\u0103 migrarea la REGES-Online vei avea obliga\u021bia de a transmite \u00een Registru suspendarea pe baza certificatelor medicale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u23f1\ufe0fTermen: 3 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii certificatului medical la angajator<br>(= salariatul prezint\u0103 certificatul \u2192 angajatorul \u00eel \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 \u00een Registrul de intr\u0103ri-ie\u0219iri \u2192 angajatorul are la dispozi\u021bie 3 zile lucr\u0103toare pentru a transmite suspendarea \u00een Registru).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D.
