<strong>REGES-Online<\/strong> a fost prelungit p\u00e2n\u0103 la <strong>31 decembrie 2025<\/strong>.<br>(OUG nr. 46\/2025, publicat\u0103 \u00een Monitorul Oficial nr. 863, 19 septembrie 2025)<br><br>Perioada de tranzi\u021bie se prelunge\u0219te astfel p\u00e2n\u0103 la <strong>31 decembrie 2025<\/strong>, timp \u00een care angajatorii pot utiliza fie <strong>REGES-Online<\/strong>, fie vechiul <strong>REGES (Revisal).<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udd95 <strong>Noutate \u00een REGES-Online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin HG nr. 295\/2025 s-a introdus obliga\u021bia angajatorului de a completa \u0219i transmite \u00een REGES-Online cazurile de suspendare a contractului individual de munc\u0103 al salariatului \u00een baza certificatelor de concediu medical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Dac\u0103 ai f\u0103cut deja trecerea la REGES-Online<\/strong>, consult\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgo.ro\/blog\/bi-13-2025-reges-online-termene-de-transmitere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">[aici]<\/a> toate informa\u021biile despre ce date completezi \u0219i transmi\u021bi \u00een Registru, precum \u0219i termenele legale de transmitere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f <strong>P\u00e2n\u0103 la 30 septembrie 2025 \u2013 perioad\u0103 de tranzi\u021bie<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>angajatorii care utilizeaz\u0103 vechiul <strong>Revisal<\/strong> (HG 905\/2017) <strong>nu sunt obliga\u0163i<\/strong> s\u0103 transmit\u0103 concediile medicale c\u0103tre ITM;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>angajatorii care utilizeaz\u0103 noul <strong>REGES-online<\/strong> (HG 295\/2025) <strong>sunt obliga\u0163i<\/strong> s\u0103 le transmit\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f <strong>De la 01 octombrie 2025<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>to\u0163i angajatorii<\/strong> vor avea obliga\u0163ia de a transmite concediile medicale \u00een REGES-online;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>vechiul Revisal nu va mai fi disponibil<\/strong> &#8211; REGES-online devine unicul registru de eviden\u0163\u0103 a salaria\u0163ilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd39<strong>Cui i se aplica?<\/strong><br>Prezentul ghid se adreseaz\u0103:<br>\u2022 angajatorilor care <strong>au trecut deja la REGES-Online<\/strong>.<br>\u2022 angajatorilor care <strong>vor folosi REGES-Online.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\ud83d\udcc4Ce face angajatorul cu certificatul de concediu medical?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong>.<strong>\u00cenregistreaz\u0103<\/strong> certificatul de concediu medical \u00een <strong>Registrul de intr\u0103ri-ie\u0219iri<\/strong> la <strong>data prezent\u0103rii<\/strong> acestuia de c\u0103tre salariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.Transmite<\/strong> \u00een REGES-Online, <strong>\u00een termen de 3 zile lucr\u0103toare<\/strong> de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii certificatului, <strong>suspendarea<\/strong> contractului individual de munc\u0103 al salariatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.Transmite<\/strong> \u00een REGES-Online <strong>\u00eencetarea suspend\u0103rii<\/strong> contractului, <strong>cel t\u00e2rziu \u00een ziua anterioar\u0103 datei de \u00eencetare a suspend\u0103rii<\/strong> (adic\u0103 cel t\u00e2rziu \u00een ultima zi de concediu medical conform certificatului).<br>\u2b95 \u00cencetarea suspend\u0103rii contractului individual de munc\u0103 pentru concediu medical se poate transmite \u0219i \u00een termenul de 3 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii certificatului medical la angajator, imediat dup\u0103 operarea suspend\u0103rii, dar nu mai tarziu de data de sf\u00e2r\u0219it a concediului medical \u00eenscris\u0103 \u00een acel certificat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Aten\u021bie<\/strong>: Termenul de 3 zile lucr\u0103toare se calculeaz\u0103 de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii certificatului \u00een registrul de intr\u0103ri-ie\u0219iri, care este aceea\u0219i cu data prezent\u0103rii lui de c\u0103tre salariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcdaDespre registrul de intr\u0103ri-ie\u0219iri al certificatelor medicale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angajatorul poate stabili, prin <strong>Regulamentul intern<\/strong> sau printr-o <strong>decizie intern\u0103<\/strong>, \u00een ce registru se \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 certificatele de concediu medical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste prevederi pot include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>denumirea registrului<\/strong> utilizat (ex. registrul general de intr\u0103ri-ie\u0219iri, registrul departamentului de resurse umane sau un registru special pentru concedii medicale),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>modul de numerotare a \u00eenregistr\u0103rilor<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>forma registrului<\/strong>, poate fi aleas\u0103 liber de angajator:<br>\u2192 <strong>\u00een format tip\u0103rit<\/strong> (registru clasic, cu file numerotate), sau<br>\u2192 <strong>\u00een format electronic<\/strong> (fi\u0219ier tabelar, aplica\u021bie software dedicat\u0103 etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>persoana responsabil\u0103 cu \u00eenregistrarea certificatelor<\/strong> \u2013 f\u0103r\u0103 a fi necesar\u0103 nominalizarea acesteia; este suficient\u0103 precizarea func\u021biei\/postului din cadrul entit\u0103\u021bii (ex. inspector resurse umane).<br>Este util ca fi\u0219a postului persoanei desemnate s\u0103 includ\u0103 atribu\u021biile privind gestionarea acestui registru de intr\u0103ri-ie\u0219iri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc<strong> Not\u0103 practic\u0103:<\/strong> Num\u0103rul \u0219i data din registrul de intr\u0103ri-ie\u0219iri se \u00eenscriu pe certificatul de concediu medical, pentru a exista o coresponden\u021b\u0103 clar\u0103 \u00eentre document \u0219i \u00eenregistrarea intern\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f<strong>Aten\u0163ie!<\/strong><br>Termenul de transmitere \u00een noul REGES-Online este de 3 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data la care certificatul de concediu medical a fost \u00eenregistrat la angajator (data prezent\u0103rii lui de c\u0103tre salariat).<br>\u00cenregistrarea \u00een registrul de intr\u0103ri-ie\u0219iri al angajatorului se face la data la care salariatul prezint\u0103 certificatul de concediu medical, aceasta fiind \u0219i data de la care \u00eencepe s\u0103 curg\u0103 termenul de 3 zile lucr\u0103toare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce4<strong> Ce transmitem \u00een REGES-Online \u00een baza certificatului de concediu medical<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure completeaz\u0103 cu prima \u0219i ultima zi din concediul medical \u0219i temeiul legal corespunz\u0103tor<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>\u00cencetarea suspend\u0103rii<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Cel t\u00e2rziu \u00een ziua anterioar\u0103 datei de \u00eencetare a suspend\u0103rii<\/strong> (adic\u0103 cel t\u00e2rziu \u00een ultima zi de concediu medical conform certificatului).<br><strong>Observa\u021bii:<\/strong> Se poate transmite \u0219i \u00een termen de 3 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii certificatului medical la angajator, imediat dup\u0103 operarea suspend\u0103rii. <\/td><td>Dac\u0103 exist\u0103 concedii medicale succesive, se respect\u0103 regulile pentru modificare sau operare de noi suspend\u0103ri<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcdd<strong> Ce date complet\u0103m \u0219i transmitem \u00een REGES-Online pentru suspendarea contractului \u00een baza certificatului de concediu medical:<\/strong><br>\u2022 <strong>Data de \u00eenceput a suspend\u0103rii<\/strong>: prima zi de concediu medical<br>\u2022 <strong>Data de sf\u00e2r\u0219it a suspend\u0103rii:<\/strong> ultima zi de concediu medical<br>\u2022 <strong>Temeiul suspend\u0103rii:<\/strong> articolul din Codul Muncii<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-6fb22fdc02651fc125a1cf0148d794fb\"><strong>Temeiul suspend\u0103rii contractului de munc\u0103 \u00een REGES-Online pentru concediu medical <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit Codului muncii, concediul medical este o cauz\u0103 de suspendare a contractului individual de munc\u0103 la ini\u021biativa salariatului. \u00cen func\u021bie de codul de indemniza\u021bie \u00eenscris \u00een certificatul medical, se aplic\u0103 urm\u0103toarele articole din Codul privind codurile de indemniza\u021bie 10 \u0219i 11<\/strong><br><strong>Diferen\u021ba fa\u021b\u0103 de celelalte coduri<\/strong> <strong>de indemniza\u021bie<\/strong>:<br>La codurile de indemniza\u021bie <strong>10<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>11<\/strong>, salariatul nu este scos complet din activitate, ci \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 munca fie \u00eentr-un program redus, fie \u00eentr-o alt\u0103 munc\u0103 adaptat\u0103 st\u0103rii de s\u0103n\u0103tate.<br>Conform <strong>art. 50 din Codul muncii<\/strong>, cauzele de suspendare presupun \u00eencetarea temporar\u0103 a prest\u0103rii muncii. La codurile <strong>10<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>11<\/strong>, munca nu \u00eenceteaz\u0103, deci <strong>nu se suspend\u0103<\/strong> contractul individual de munc\u0103.<br>\u00cen <strong>REGES-Online<\/strong>, <strong>nu se opereaz\u0103 suspendare<\/strong> pentru aceste cazuri, chiar dac\u0103 certificatul este emis de medic \u0219i are num\u0103r \u0219i form\u0103
